CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Deposits/ Retainer A non-refundable deposit/retainer is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your total service. Appointments requested outside of normal business hours, same-day bookings, or last-minute schedule accommodations may require an additional squeeze-in fee. Appointments that require to be manually added (by myself) have 1hr to pay the deposit to prevent release of appointment slot. Appointments Pre booked after your initial appointment have 24hr prior to appointment day to pay deposit or appointment is subject to cancellation at my discretion. Service Change Policy Deposits are applied to the service and appointment time originally booked. * Service changes made before the cancellation/rescheduling cutoff: Your deposit may be transferred to the new service. If the new service costs less than the deposit already paid, the remaining difference is non-refundable and cannot be used as a future credit. ⸻ Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. Deposit only can be transferred to a new appointment if appointment is rescheduled within the same month. ⸻ Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 nhours in advance. Deposit/retainer will be refunded if I cancel your appointment, for any other reason. All deposits/retainers are non-refundable. ⸻ Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be charged an additional $10. After 15 minutes your appointment is subject to cancellation at my discretion. ⸻ No Shows No-call/no-shows will be charged 20% of the service and will require full payment before booking again. If payment is not successful- you may be banned from booking at my discretion until fee is cleared. ⸻ Same-Day Cancellations Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit/retainer and may require a new deposit to rebook. ⸻ Payment Policy Remaining balances are due in cash, card or Tap pay is available
